We are in urgent requirement for Recruitment Profile for our Corporate Office in Entally, Kolkata.

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates over telephone calls / Mailers/Job Posting for current open roles.
• Fulfilling the recruitment targets within the stipulated time frame.
• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Screening resumes and job Applications and lining then for interviews.
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, executive and Manager).
• Work according to the hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Following up on the interview process status.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Any Discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment
• Immediate Joiners will be preferred
