Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional user interfaces for products aimed at global audiences.
Lead UX design processes, including user research, prototyping, and usability testing, to enhance product usability and user satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional team members to align design vision with business goals.
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms.
Use data and feedback to refine and improve user interfaces, enhancing the user journey at every interaction.
Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
Experience: 3-6 years in UI/UX design, preferably with product-based B2B companies that have scaled internationally.

Tools: Proficiency in Figma (minimum of 3 years experience), Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, problem-solving capabilities, and experience with products used by diverse user bases across multiple Countries.

Familiarity with design systems, user flows, wireframes, and prototyping, as well
as a keen understanding of UX best practices.
