Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, delivering timely and effective resolutions.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, and provide personalized solutions to optimize their experience with MoveABox.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and product development to address customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
