Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the GCC region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify & Acquire New Business: Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities in the GCC market, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Revenue Growth: Leverage existing client relationships to generate repeat business and drive revenue expansion.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed business development targets.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills:

- Proven ability to identify and acquire new business opportunities within the GCC region.

- Strong expertise in leveraging existing client relationships to drive sales growth.

- Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends to uncover new business prospects.

- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the GCC market.

- Established network of clients within GCC companies is an added advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
