Movate - Quality Assurance Engineer - Salesforce Testing (5-6 yrs)

Role : Salesforce Experience Cloud QA Tester

Experience : 5-6 Years

Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Shift Timings : 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST

Job Summary & Requirements/Qualifications :

- A bachelors degree with of 5-6 years as QA Engineer with software testing experience that includes minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud and Customer Portal) testing

- Must have Strong analytical and communication skills

- Must have In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies Testing Expertise

- Work experience in the Salesforce Experience Cloud Builder Sites, CRM features, CMS Basics, and ability to perform the integrated tests with the allied/aligned applications.

- Designing and executing comprehensive test plans, functional, regression, performance and usability testing

- Ability to identify and document defects clearly and effectively

- Understanding the Agile methodologies and QA role within scrum team.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for developing the Test Plan, Use case, Test strategy and Test Cases

- Identifying and developing the functional, regression, usability, performance and cross browser compatibility.

- Sign off the test case developed for the requirements provided

- Executing the test cases and log defects for the uncovered issues with detailed documentation containing the test data, pre-requisite and test evidence.

- Prepare the test-related documentation to plan the working process and metrics (Daily / Weekly and project health reports on a timely basis)

- Work Collaborative with the BA team to understand the requirement queries and convert them to effective test cases and test strategies

- Work with developers to the defect resolution and progress through the bug life cycle.

- Conduct usability testing of the UI interface (like Navigation, Layout and interaction design)

- Collaborate with Product owners, Business Analyst and other QA team members to ensure the Quality standards and testing methodologies.

- Proactively communicating the testing progress, findings and risks to the stakeholders

Communication and Collaboration :

- Good in verbal and written communication skills to work with cross functional teams

- Ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Technical & Desirable skills nice to have :

- Strongly understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS and JavaScript)

- Automated testing frameworks

- Workbench and SOQL knowledge.
