we are Hiring for- FPNA Manager role,

Work location- Chennai
Work mode- Work from office

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for day in and out financial reporting, analysis and process control. Develop and implement Creative/Innovative methods in the system to improve the performance of the team and self. Develop and implement performance improvement plans
• Responsible to generate and publish report with utmost accuracy by enhancing the value of data and information assets which is used to drive the statistics on the required parameters
• Knowledge on the Complete MIS Domain
• Data Analysis & Interpretations
• Knowledge on Financial Data Management and Analysis
• Follow-up & Coordinating with the stake holders for the information requirements.
• Meeting the project Heads to understand specific requirements.
• Automation & Database Management
• Ensuring that the required reports are delivered on time
• Ensure compliance to all process and procedures in organization
• Adhere to all organization processes and policies
• Adhere to all internal process of the Team
• Ensure smooth, effective, and continuous communication channel open for better employee relations
• Verify the effectiveness of information sharing process in their workgroup
• Establish and maintain a culture of transparent and open communication and create participatory culture in the practice

Required Skill-Set:

• Proven experience in financial data management and analysis
• Strong knowledge on PnL and Budgeting
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and financial modelling
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work in exclusive night shifts & to work in rotational offs
