We are hiring for International Chat Support role ( International Process )

Designation : Technical Customer Support Engineer
Shift : Flexible to work in Rotational Night shift
Job location : Chennai(Ambit IT Park)
Work Model : Work from office

Week off: 2 days Rotational Week off

Must have International Live chat experience

Immediate joiners or 15 days of notice Preferred

Required Candidate Profile :

1. Candidate role would be assisting the customers through Live chats.
2. Must have 1 year of experience in Live Chat Process / Dual Chat.
3. Qualification must be Graduate
4. 5 days of working 2 days rotational week offs.
5. Flexible to work in Rotational night shifts.
6. 2 way cab facility's will be provided @door step.
   

Job Responsibility :

• Provide technical support to customers through various channels such as chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products in an efficient manner.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Provide technical support to customers through various channels such as chat, email, and web chat.
