Software Development Engineer - Test Lead - Automation Testing (6-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Automation Strategy & Design :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium with C#.

- Drive the QE Practice activities like developing test accelerators, test utilities and developing frameworks using multiple open source and commercial tools.

- Define best practices for test automation and ensure adherence across projects.

- Continuously improve and optimize existing automation frameworks and processes.

Primary skills :

Selenium + C#, Frame works development, testing tools setup and configuration, Automation test Strategy, Selenium, Test Management tools like Jira, Testing process documentation

Technical Expertise :

- Extensive experience in test automation using Selenium with C# along with Selenium + Java & any other commercial tools.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.

- Strong programming skills in C# and a deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into the DevOps process.
