Job Description

Familiar developer coding flow and experience in developer facing product & creative interface/UI design.

Partner closely with XFN partners from early-stage concept, iteration to execution.

Create wireframes, high fidelity mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate key ideas, user journeys, and decisions-points.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of user-centered design considerations and use findings from UX research to inform design output.

Contribute to a creative, supportive UX culture that values critical feedback

Strong communication and articulation design intent and design decisions to collaborators and teams.

Independently drive work towards key milestones. Manage time, priorities, dependencies and stakeholders effectively.
