Remiser Trainer

As a Remisier Business Product Trainer, you will play a vital role in equipping our employees partners with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively represent and promote our products, software and solutions. The primary focus of this role will be on providing product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights to enhance the capabilities of our sales and Advisors of Remisier Business Vertical.

Key Deliverable

• Handholding the New employees, ensuring their productivity and focus on Attrition contro
• Conducting Training for internal Employees Partners on products, process and skill development
• Providing Training to the Employees especially Remisier Advisor Remisier Sales
• Sharing information about Equity, Derivative s, TPP, Commodities currency.
• Engaging Trainees with eLearning and digital marketing
• It will require to travel to branches across India (Top 6-7 Cities) for training and when needed to other locations

Role Requirement

o Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in training and development will be a plus.

o Strong understanding of B2B Business, sales techniques, product marketing, and broking knowledge is a must

o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt the training approach to diverse audiences.

o Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

o Proficiency in using training tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia software.

o Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

o Flexibility to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions
