Motion Graphic Designer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have experience in creating engaging animations for educational videos,
podcast short clips, and other multimedia content. If you have a background in the stock
market, that will be an added advantage, as it will help inform your designs for finance-
related topics.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce compelling motion graphics and animations for educational videos,
podcasts, and promotional content.
Collaborate with the content team to create visuals that enhance the storytelling of the
educational material.
Develop graphics and animations that simplify complex concepts for easy understanding
by the audience.
Edit and assemble raw footage, adding animated elements to create polished final
products.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation
to continuously improve your skills and output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without
compromising quality.
Work closely with the team to integrate audio and visual elements seamlessly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your
work (animations, video content).
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video
editing.
Strong understanding of animation principles and storytelling techniques.
Ability to create visually appealing graphics that align with educational content.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced
environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
Experience in the stock market or financial industry is a plus.
Familiarity with video production and editing workflows.
