Role Overview :

As an SAP FICO Consultant at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in the management and support of the SAP FICO module in the organization's Suite on HANA system. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP FICO functionalities, as well as delivering top-tier business process support to the finance and accounting teams. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure that SAP solutions align with the companys financial management strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP FICO Support & Configuration :

- Manage and configure SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling) in the Suite on HANA environment, ensuring that the system runs smoothly and efficiently to meet business requirements.

System Optimization :

- Provide continuous support and optimize the existing SAP FICO setup, suggesting and implementing improvements based on business needs and evolving industry best practices.

Business Process Analysis :

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP FICO solutions that improve financial processes and control mechanisms.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO-related issues.

- Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize system downtime and disruptions.

Training & Mentorship :

- Offer training to end-users to ensure that they can leverage SAP FICO functionalities effectively.

- Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and best practices.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on SAP FICO configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with other SAP consultants (MM, SD, PP, etc.), IT teams, and business stakeholders to integrate SAP FICO solutions with other modules, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes.

Professional Experience :

- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with strong expertise in implementing and supporting SAP FICO solutions, particularly in Suite on HANA environments.

- In-depth knowledge of the SAP FICO module, including but not limited to : Financial Accounting (FI): General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.

- Controlling (CO) : Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.

- Integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).

- A solid understanding of financial processes and accounting practices, with the ability to map business requirements to SAP FICO functionalities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and resolve complex issues effectively.

- SAP Certifications : Relevant SAP certifications in FICO are highly desirable and will be considered an asset.

Desired Skills & Competencies :

- Practical knowledge and experience working with SAP Suite on HANA, leveraging HANA's capabilities for improved performance and streamlined processes.

- Experience in system integration across SAP modules and third-party applications.

- Strong experience with customizing and configuring SAP FICO, including user exits, custom reports, and integration scenarios.

- Familiarity with data migration and data management best practices in SAP.

- Exposure to SAP BI/BO (Business Intelligence/BusinessObjects) for financial reporting and analysis.
