Job Description

Position Overview:


We are actively seeking an experienced and proactive SDR to join our sales team. This will be a remote role, where you will work closely with the head of sales, the head of marketing, growth and content teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a growing company that's passionate about innovation.


As the SDR, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying potential leads, initiating meaningful conversations, and nurturing relationships that can turn into solid business partnerships. Your efforts will directly impact our growth trajectory, making you an indispensable part of our team.


Role & Responsibility:

  • Engage in lead generation: Execute proactive outreach activities such as initiating calls, launching email initiatives, and employing social networking to discover and connect with potential clients.
  • Evaluate potential leads: Perform comprehensive research to gather data on potential clients and comprehend their challenges.
  • Foster lead growth: Interact with prospects through various channels like calls, emails, and social platforms to educate them about the unique benefits of Motadata and establish rapport. Grasp their difficulties and requirements to position Motadata as the ideal solution.
  • Schedule demos of our product: Collaborate with Account Executives to plan product demonstrations for eligible leads. Guarantee a seamless transition of leads to the sales unit.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Own ABM from the sales side and work with the growth marketer to execute ABM campaigns.
  • Own the tech stack that will help you become a rock star SDR be it sales intelligence software like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or Linkedin Sales Navigator, or email automation software or CRM. You know what works best and you can use them to filter out intent-driven data, to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Help Motadata stay ahead of competitors and help refine the value prop as a constant endeavour by piping intelligence to sales and marketing teams from your regular interactions with the ICP.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
  • Youve at least 4 years of experience working as a BDR, LDR or SDR at a SaaS company.
  • Youve played a key role in scaling a product.
  • Youve executed outbound campaigns. Bonus points if you’re a pro at ABM.
  • You do not just have a good acumen for sales. You also have a zeal for it, coupled with a determination to surpass objectives. You know how to handle setbacks and the determination to persistently pursue potential leads.
  • You know sales, you know technology, and you love working at the intersection of these two.
  • You’re not only adept at talking with ICP based out of English-speaking countries but you can also write great emails that get responses.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • This role is based in Ahmedabad (Work from Office).
