Job Description

  • Support the CX/CCA and Sales Programs leadership team with a variety of project and operational tasks, including organizing meetings, composing memos, creating presentations, coordinating project details, and tracking common project deliverables
  • Ensure seamless execution of training and coaching by managing project plans, timelines, and requirements for communications, content, evaluation, and CPE accreditation. Support client experience/CCA projects through research, data analysis, communications, report and presentation development, feedback management, and document recordkeeping. Maintain files, project data and deliverables, learning program content, and team intranet presence using SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Stay aligned with team leaders on ongoing projects through regular communication, status reports, and compiling data for aggregate reporting. Create and analyze client or learner feedback surveys providing summary reports and presentations to key stakeholders; effectively utilize survey and reporting tools under direction of team leaders
  • Monitor progress of work requests of other teams including creative development, meeting logistics/office event set-up, and data and reporting, troubleshooting and addressing issues as they arise to ensure a positive learner and facilitator experience
  • Manage centralized email boxes for CX/CCA and Sales Programs, acting as the main point of contact for requests and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of related project coordination experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Smartsheet, and Teams/SharePoint and experience with/knowledge of technologies supporting project assignments (Zoom, Miro, ClipChamp/basic video editing, SurveyMonkey,
  • ClearlyRated, MS Forms, Visio, Dynamics CRM/Frontrunner, PowerBI reporting). Quick to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to work independently to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Flexible and adept at balancing many time-sensitive actions items, requirements, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Adept at managing resources and updating progress.
  • Able to synthesize information and create effective assets (documents, presentations, reports) ) to support assigned projects including learning programs, client experience initiatives, and feedback reporting. Able to understand problems, think critically, provide analysis, and propose solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex issues.
  • Committed to exceptional client service, building relationships and effectively interacting with all firm levels.
