Perform daily maintenance to update and cleanse CRM records.
Design processes and enforce data governance policies (deduplication, segmentation, standardization) to maintain a reliable dataset.
Review event attendee lists and route marketing-qualified leads to stakeholders for follow-up.
Build dynamic and static marketing lists for email campaigns.
Cleanse and import 3rd party data into CRM account records regularly.
Proactively notify CXLs of actionable account developments (e.g., leadership job changes, MA activity).
Support inbound website inquiries and route them to appropriate stakeholders.
Maintain the accuracy of ma.com website bios.
Provide training and support to CRM users on best practices for data entry and usage.
Generate and analyze reports on CRM data usage and trends to inform business decisions and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree required.
At least 2 years of related project coordination experience, with professional services experience preferred.
Basic understanding of relational databases and data manipulation. Willingness and ability to learn analytical software such as Power BI, SQL, and Alteryx.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Capable of making informed decisions in uncertain situations and maintaining focus on repetitive tasks involving the same data points.
