Job Description
Job Position Title - Infrastructure Operations Analyst
Technical Skills Required
- At least 2-4 years of experience on Windows OS administration and troubleshooting
- Should have good knowledge on AD, DNS, DHCP and SSL Certificate
- Should have good understanding of VMware vSphere and Datacentre virtualisation
- Excellent knowledge and of Microsoft Azure patch management tool
- Should have experience on SCCM patch management and deployment
- Excellent communication skills (written and Verbal)
- Understanding and should have knowledge of ITIL best practice
- Experience on support ticketing tool
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell cli Chef, Rundeck , python.
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle and lead multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of AWS cloud architecture
- Should be ready to work in weekend On-Call
- Direct involvement in incidents or problems (irrespective of priority) that cause service or product impact
- Basic knowledge of Linux platform
Advantageous
- Microsoft windows server, A zure and ITIL certification
- Good command on Linux (rhel-6, rhel- 7 and Ubuntu)
- Process automation using PowerShell , python, or any languages
- Relevant cloud certification in AWS
- Knowledge of scripting languages
- VMware Certification
