Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via email and chat professionally and promptly.
• Draft clear, concise, and grammatically correct email responses.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Maintain a customer-first attitude, ensuring all interactions result in a positive experience.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Meet performance benchmarks for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in customer support, email writing, or chat support.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using email platforms, chat software, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Flexibility to work in shifts is required.
