Job Description

* We re seeking someone to join our team as Director Backend Java Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining robust systems
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java-based frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate
A key focus of this role is efficient design and optimization, so solid experience with Java and SQL is essential
Associate will be responsible for developing scalable APIs and integrating them with various frontend services
Proficiency in database performance tuning and query optimization is highly desired
Strong knowledge of version control systems (eg, Git) and CI/CD pipelines is required
Associate should also be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, efficient code are critical
Prior experience in Agile environments is preferred
