Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (PPC, Materials, Quality) for smooth production planning.
  
• Ensure timely completion of daily tasks by monitoring shop floor control and manpower handling.
  
• Oversee material planning, scheduling, and inventory management to minimize delays.
  
• Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency on the shop floor.
