Role & Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
• Develop original and high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, articles, website copy, and social media.
• Generate creative ideas and concepts to address content needs across different platforms.

2. Research:

• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
• Gather information from various sources to support and enhance the quality of written material.

3. Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the development of content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content resonates with the target audience.

4. Analytics and Improvement

• Use analytics tools to assess the performance of content and identify areas for improvement.
• Make data-driven decisions to enhance content effectiveness and user engagement.
• Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
• Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
• Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably with a focus on real estate.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing techniques.
• Familiarity with real estate trends and market dynamics.
• Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with WordPress and basic HTML knowledge (a plus).
