We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our Project Purchase department. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of purchase experience in large manufacturing/FMCG setup. In this role, the Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for our organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To create and review the PR / PO for MRO, Capex and IT procurement.
• To initiate and maintain the master data material request in system.
•  Expedite material as per requirement Critical/Urgent/ special request via mail/phone. 
•  Keeping track of shipments, movement of material as per the PO Inco-terms till goods delivery / receipts
•  Resolution to the Post Po issues such as delivery of material, goods receipts, invoice, payment, documentation etc.
•  Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products
• Evaluate and compare supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and make purchasing decisions
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
• Track and analyze purchasing trends and make recommendations for process improvements
• Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements
•  Good knowledge of Incoterms, LDs, LCs

Technical Skills Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-7 years of procurement of materials in Food/Chemical/ Pharma/ manufacturing industry.
•  Preferred, should have handled capex, raw material and packaging material.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Communication skill - Strong verbal & written communication skills; proficient in English & Hindi
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.

Location - Parel, Mumbai and Manchar, Pune
