Key skills for the job
Sales HRBP will primarily act as a consultant for Sales Teams management on all issues related to HR. The incumbent should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully strike a balance between employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. The KRA’s would include but not limit to:
1. Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of business.
2. Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the gap between management and sales workforce.
3. Analyse data trends and metrics to inform business decisions. Provide timely information for all levels of a company on HR issues.
4. Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
5. Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
6. Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
7. Collaborate with COE’s to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
8. Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement and value-driven behavior.
9. Partnering with the business in driving change programs to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and E-Sat.
11. Lead core HR processes (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).
12. Prepare, analyse and interpret various types of dashboards (e.g. Comp, job levels, attrition, etc.) to effect problem solving and decision making.
13. Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
14. Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
15. Enhance capability of salesforce through talent interventions
16. Competency mapping and succession planning.
