• Technical Skills & Experience: To excel as a NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer, a blend of technical skills is essential. Heres a list of key technical skills required for the role:

• AOS-CX - Proficiency in HPe Arubas Internetwork Operating System including Aruba Central for configuring and managing network devices.
• PAN-OS - Proficiency in PaloAlto Firewall Operating System including Panorama for configuring and managing network security devices.
• VeloCloud - Proficiency in WAN and SDWAN including VeloCloud for configuring and managing wide area network traffic.
• BGP Routing - Understanding of Border Gateway Protocol for routing and IP performance optimization.
• SNMP Monitoring - Experience with Simple Network Management Protocol for network management.
• SolarWinds - Familiarity with SolarWinds for network and infrastructure monitoring.
• Wireshark Analysis - A detailed understanding on network protocols and the ability to use Wireshark for network troubleshooting and analysis.
• ITIL Framework - Understanding of IT Infrastructure Library best practices for IT service management.
