Noc Engineer

Key skills required:

1. Good communication
2. Prior experience working in a NOC
3. Basic Windows Server, Linux, Network, Backup, storage
4. Good incident management skills.
5. Good Monitoring experience in large and active environment.
6. Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, routing, and switching).
• Familiarity with Windows Server (user management, basic troubleshooting).
• Exposure to Linux commands and system operations.
• Knowledge of storage systems, backup tools, and their operational workflows.
7. Soft Skills:
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Adaptability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment.
8. Experience and Certifications:
• Entry-level IT support experience (0-2 years) preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, RHCSA, or MCSA are desirable.

Work Conditions

• 24/7 operational environment requiring flexible availability.
• Ability to respond promptly to system alerts and escalations.

Shift timings : 8:00 PM TO 8 AM , 4 days on site
