Job Description

- Engineering Technology
- Must have 10+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Must have expertise in Angular, .NET, and Microsoft Technologies.
- Must have current experience managing and leading teams.
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
- Experience implementing web-enabled applications in ASP.NET Core, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, REST, CSS, SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and/or Azure.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC).
- Understanding of Ratings and Structured Finance is prefered.
Education:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Angular, ASP.NET Core and other Microsoft Technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Actively participate in code reviews to ensure that the code adheres to quality standards and fulfils the necessary functional specifications
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and upgrade existing systems as necessary.
- Document development phases and monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.

Team PEC is super amazing in terms of culture but growth has become stagnant in the team. Leaders are brilliant but Assistant Directors and Assocuate directors need to do a better job; Salaries and hikes are decent, which varies depending on level. Job security is one thing you can expect from this organisation, as good as a govt job. Kudos to their belief system
