Corporate Social Responsibility Officer

Roles:

• Responsible for the execution, follow up and evaluation of the Corporate Social Responsibility Strategic Annual Plan.

Exp-Min 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the CSR planning process.
• Responsible for the implementation of the objectives defined in the CSR Annual Plan.
• Coordination with the different internal actors for the implementation of activities.
• Work jointly with HR in training events on CSR issues for the staff.
• Coordinate the implementation of CSR activities with

CSR committee members and volunteers.

• Develop profiles of social and environmental care projects.
• Lead the implementation of approved CSR projects.
• Coordinate the monitoring and follow-up process according to the defined indicators in the CSR strategy.
• Responsible for preparing the CSR progress reports.
• Other duties assigned by Corporate CSR Coordinator.

Skills and Qualifications

• Masters degree in Corporate Social Responsibility or similar degree is preferred.
• Sound knowledge in Corporate Social Responsibility or related areas required.
• Knowledge on Corporate Sustainability standards and reporting.
• Experience in social and environmental care projects implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of UN sustainable development goals and their application.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a collaborative environment.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Spoken and written English fluency.
