Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are looking for a Male service coordinator for Hyderabad location and find the JD below
Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
• log the customer calls from site inspection to service in CRM on priority.
• log the Service complaints received from the Customer in CRM on priority.
• Preparing and sending the escalation reports to concerned heads as per the instructions of reporting manager.
• Should adhere to systems and policy of the company.
Minimum Job Requirements
• Any Graduate; at least 1 - 2 years of experience related to the duties & responsibilities specified.
Location-Hyderabad
Salary- 15K to 20K ( depend on interview performance )
