Job description

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Onsite technical & customer support for Installation, Configuration, commissioning, Key operator training and troubleshooting of Production printers & Scanners.
• Meeting SLA- Service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction toward quality of support, cost control towards proper diagnosis and less utilization of parts.
• Meeting Service revenue targets - towards Post sales: Spares, AMC, Click revenue, consumables, and retaining customers through value addition.
• After sales Support Product Demonstration, sampling, achieving desired print quality, calibration, etc

Qualification

• Diploma /BE - EEE or ITI only; at least 0-1 year of experience related to the duties & responsibilities specified.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Should possess good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Should quickly learn and adapt to work with systemic approach.

Salary- 15K to 20K( depend on interview performance)+ PF, ESI & other benefits too.
