Field Service Engineer

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring field service engineer in our company for Chennai and Hyderabad loactions .

Job Description:

• Onsite technical & customer support for Installation, Configuration, commissioning, Key operator training and troubleshooting of Multi branded Production printers & Scanners.

• Meeting SLA- Service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction toward quality of support, cost control towards proper diagnosis and less utilization of parts.

• Meeting Service revenue targets - towards Post sales: Spares, AMC, Click revenue, consumables, and retaining customers through value addition.

• After sales Support Product Demonstration, sampling, achieving desired print quality, calibration, etc..

• Transferable Job - Willing to work any location in Pan India

Minimum Job Requirements

• Any Diploma/Engineering Graduate; at least 0-1 year of experience related to the duties & responsibilities specified. ( EEE only)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Should possess good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Should quickly learn and adapt to work with systemic approach.

Locaton- Chennai , Hyderabad

Salary- 15K take home+ benefits like PF,ESI,etc( negotiable for better candidates)
