Role & responsibilities

- Drive DSA, DST efforts to the B2C market, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financing needs.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the open market to expand the LAP customer base.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to build long-term relationships.

- Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing professional and accurate information.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in sales, specifically in the Loan Against Property segment.

- Strong understanding of the LAP market, including open market and direct B2C sales channels.
