Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Team Lead - Node.js Developer to lead our dynamic team of developers. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Node.js applications. - Lead and mentor a team of Node.js developers, providing technical guidance and support
- Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver optimal solutions.
- Define and implement coding standards, best practices, and development processes
- Ensure the team follows agile development methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and provide constructive feedback
- Work closely with product owners and project managers to define project requirements and specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack
- \u200b Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to guide the team towards best practices.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in Node.js development
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and leading development teams.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript
- Experience with popular Node.js frameworks such as Express.js
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration
- Experience with database systems such as MongoDB and MySQL
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
