Job Description: Manager - Product Delivery

Position Overview:

We are seeking a techno functional and action-oriented Manager - Product Delivery to lead hands-on implementation of projects for our Social + Ecommerce Travel App. This role demands a self-driven professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to execute product delivery processes and resolve issues at the ground level. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of working independently, and skilled at collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.End-to-End Product Delivery Execution

1. Manage and execute all phases of product delivery, from gathering requirements to deployment.
2. Work closely with the development and implementation teams to address technical and functional challenges during product rollouts and upgrades.
3. Create and maintain detailed sprint plans, test cases, and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

2.Customer-Centric Problem Solving

1. Engage directly with customers to identify pain points and translate these into actionable solutions.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for system failures, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
3. Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly, adhering to specified SLAs.

3.Project Management

1. Effectively manage project scope, timelines, and risks, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
2. Execute robust risk mitigation plans and address changes or interventions to maintain alignment with goals.
3. Monitor project progress, generate reports, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.

4.Testing and Quality Assurance

1. Create unit testing scenarios for each module and ensure the same goes through rigorous testing.
2. Perform thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate product features and functionality.
3. Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve critical bugs during testing phases.

5.Stakeholder and Vendor Interaction

1. Act as the primary liaison between the Product Experience team, Technology teams across different areas, support teams and the vendors (if any) to ensure seamless communication and project / product alignment.
2. Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders, facilitating productive collaboration across teams.

6.Continuous Improvement

1. Analyze product and process performance to identify improvement opportunities.
2. Research market trends. Competitive offerings and new development techniques and methods to ensure the product remains cutting-edge and user-focused.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to issue resolution.
• Proven experience managing projects with a focus on execution rather than oversight.
• Solid understanding of support processes and SLA management.
• Technical aptitude with experience working directly with development teams and debugging product-related issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and relationship-building.
• Self-motivated and capable of independently handling assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear and concise communication.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product delivery, technical project management, or similar roles within the eCommerce or travel industry.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira, DevOps, Trello, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.

Experience

At least 5+ Years of experience in Online / Digital & Ecommerce Project & Product Delivery

Qualification

Graduate and above. Masters will be preferred.

Others

Computer savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills

Use of Project tracking tools like - DevOps, JIRA

Candidates with Travel eCommerce background will be an added advantage
