Project Role Description:

• Ensuring the success of a project and maximizing the product's value. Also ensuring that the relevant stakeholders are working on the most valuable features that will meet customer needs and expectations.
• Ensuring that the product is aligned with the overall business strategy & that it contributes to the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Product Owner should be highly motivated, self-starter and multi-tasker.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog with stakeholders to drive business value.
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, UX) to deliver high-quality products.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders through regular meetings and progress updates.
• Analyze data to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Product Backlog Management:
• Own, create, and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Define clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a well-groomed backlog on JIRA.
• Conduct regular refinement sessions with the development team and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary driver of project, liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and the development team.
• Proficient in Excel and skilled in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders.
• Manage Development Team:
• Collaborate with the development team to plan sprints, prioritize tasks, and deliver on time.
• Drive technical discussions to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with product goals.
• Project Management:
• Monitor and report on project progress, team performance, and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to keep the project on track.
• Ensuring that the team has the information they need to deliver high-quality work as well the team has a clear understanding of what needs to be delivered and in what order as per priorities.
  

Must have Skillset /Candidate Profile:

• 5-10 years of experience as software product owner role.
• Bachelor's/Master degree in Computers (B.Tech/B.E/MTech/MCA.).
• Experience & Expertise:
• Proven track record as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager or similar hybrid role in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology, SDLC life cycle, requirements management, IT project management, IT delivery management.
• Highly Motivated:
• Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Ensuring that the product is aligned with the overall business strategy & that it contributes to the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Technical Acumen:
• Strong technical background to effectively collaborate with developers,QA, and other technical stakeholders / as well as communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with APIs,OCR, cloud platforms, AWS, Salesforce, AI,SAP etc. and modern development & test tools.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders with varying priorities.
• You must effectively communicate the priorities, product vision, and requirements to the development team, stakeholders, and customers.
• Experience in conflict resolution and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
• Product Roadmap:
• The ability to maintain the product roadmap, ensuring that it reflects changing customer needs and market conditions.
