GENERAL FUNCTION

The Senior Data Analyst focused on Store Operational Insights

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Store centric insights in terms of Foot Traffic, Cross Sell Adoption, Delinquency by store, etc.
• Insight focused by suggesting targets for cross sell and product sales to meet revenue targets
• Revenue portfolio insights by store
• Develop and maintain key retail monitors such as Store KPIs, Store Delinquency Snapshot Roll rates
• Focus on Employee distribution to Foot Traffic sales conversions.
• Focused on gearing EZ Call campaigns to store by tuning targetable customer list from combinations of insights from other analysts.
• Secondary focus on Fee Product insights for Customer Segmentation, Profitability & Churn, Product geographic footprint & Opportunity areas. Cross Sell opportunity insights from Fee to Lending Products.

• 8 + years experienced Data Analyst
• Tableau
• VIZQL
• Power BI
• SQL
• Python
• Jupyter
• Statistical Libraries - Numpy, Pandas etc.
• H20 - Advanced Analytics
• Practical knowledge and experience with a broad range of Data and BI technologies
• Expertise in storage technologies, configuration and management.
• Experience in Enterprise-level software package integration and deployment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• A passion for technology and enjoys solving complex IT problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Data Management.
