Job Description
Position Summary:
The purpose of the role is to ensure timely production of parts as per the planning and directions of the production plan.
Work You ll Do:
- Enhance the smooth flow of Production meet out the schedule with the quality product.
- Ensure 100% safety in all activities at plant.
- Having good exposure of CNC, Conventional Machines with batch production system.
- Having knowledge of manufacturing processes, Tools / Equipment. Can define machining process, process flow chart for new development parts.
- Understanding Control of CNC Machine programs
- Productivity improvement. Minimize rework / rejection.
- Ability to read Engineering Drawings
- Computer literate in ERP, MS office.
- Maintain proper Housekeeping in work area.
- Timely delivery of parts
- Identify non-conformities of parts Root cause analysis for defect.
Team:
Part of Machine Shop, will handle different CNC Machines all cell Activities
Basic Qualifications:
Diploma/ BE Mechanical Engineer
Minimum 5Years of experience in Machine Shop
