Job Description
- Technically sound in in CAD software like Creo (preferably) /SolidWorks, AutoCAD
- Experience with Structural Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Simulation software for stress and strain analysis. Proficiency in FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis), DFM (Design for Manufacturing)
- Experience with Windchill
- Having Patents / IP rights and driving that culture will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, material science, and mechanical systems.
System Engineering that includes the process of designing, creating, and optimizing complex system mix of mechanical, hydraulics, electrical and automation. Making sure all designed systems comply with legal and quality assurance requirements.
Thinking differently to get new concepts.
Project Management Skills : Experience in managing projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating teams and resources.
Leadership Skills : Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Should be able to develop long term Strategy.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical problems, using analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience of Standards and Regulations such as ISO, ANSI, CE etc.
Continuous Learning : Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in mechanical engineering.
Experience : 15 years of experience in Design and Development in heavy machinery preferable in Plastic Injection Molding Machines
Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
