Senior Engineer - Design

Dynamic Hydraulic Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in design and development of Hydraulic systems for Industrial, Mobile machinery and Special purpose machines
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Create advanced hydraulics circuit concepts using electromechanical systems, review, and approve components for trials and technology demonstration.
2.Should have basic knowledge of hydraulics systems, Pumps, Hydro motors, Reservoir, Filters, Heat exchangers and piping.
3.Design, develop, test, sub systems and functional test systems, both independently and as part of team, from initial concepts to full scale development.
4.Hands on Experience with Expertise knowledge in Hydraulic Piping, Fitting Selection, Hose Selection and Manifold design.
5.Hands on design experience using Creo.
6.Identify and work on VAVE Product improvement areas and take initiatives for improving Product Reliability.
7.Knowledge of multi physics system simulation and Creo Simulate will be an added advantage.
8. Knowledge of Hydraulic systems in end-to-end product design and development of Industrial, Mobile machinery/Special purpose machines/Heavy Machineries.
9.Customization of Standard and New machines with variant configuration in Hydraulic systems
10.Creating detailed drawings (Part drawings, Assembly drawings, Piping Drawings, Tube drawings, Manifold Drawings and General Assembly drawings)
11.Knowledge about SAE, DIN, ISO, ANSI, ASME, SPI and Euromap standards.
12.Knowledge about plastic materials.

1.Cad tool: Hands on experience in Creo 7.0 (Solid Modeling/Piping/Tubing/Manifold design/Layout/large assemblies)
2.E3 - Hydraulic Schematic
3.PDM: Windchill 12.0
4.ERP tools: Oracle (JD Edwards) Basic knowledge
5.SimulationX (CAE software)
