Location: Work from Office (Bellandur, Bangalore)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager - Sales who is fluent in both Telugu and Tamil. This role involves managing a team, driving sales targets, ensuring high-quality outputs, and contributing individually to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 5-15 sales executives/associates.

- Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Ensure timely and accurate inputs and updates from the team.

- Conduct audits to improve quality and ensure consistent growth.

- Collaborate with the team leader to strategize and plan for achieving weekly/monthly targets.

- Actively contribute as an Individual Contributor (IC) to meet personal and team objectives.

Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: Minimum graduate degree.

- Industry Experience: Background in Banking, Edtech, Insurance, or Healthtech preferred.

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telugu and Tamil is mandatory.

Compensation:

Package: Up to - 12 LPA

Fixed: - 6 LPA

Variable: Up to - 6 LPA (performance-based)
