Job Description
Extensive experience with Oracle Flexcube 14.x, especially 14.7, including implementation, migration, and customization.
Strong understanding of core banking processes and modules such as CASA, loans, deposits, treasury, payments, and trade finance.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database management.
Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic, Oracle database, and middleware tools.
Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
Experience in integrating Flexcube with other systems using APIs and middleware including the microservices.
Experience in customization of oracle Flexcube 14.x and Open Development Tool and extensibility tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education: BE/B.Tech, MCA for technical skills
Graduate in commerce with MBA in related area for functional skills
