ModMed is hiring a Director, Customer Success who will accelerate the growth of the India Customer Success team and focus on managing, guiding, and growing a team alongside the Support and Professional Services functions.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the ModMed Customer Success leadership team and help integrate the India team in terms of operations, strategy, metrics, culture, customer delight, employee motivation, and well-being within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!.
Your Role:
- Manage teams within Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, Client Education, and Operations.
- Oversee performance-based metrics for each team, including CSAT and NPS.
- Proactively hire, mentor, develop, and performance-manage across the department.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners.
- Maintains working knowledge of client industry, product, and market landscape.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Vice President in defining organizational goals and strategic plans, representing CS Leadership in various cross-functional initiatives.
- Oversee financial and operational planning.
- Adapt to existing US processes and SOPs for the India CS Team.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree required.
- 5-10 years of experience at an enterprise B2B software company, within a leadership role overseeing either support, professional services, or customer success.
- Preferred experience within Healthcare Tech and building a team in a high-growth environment.
- Excellent English, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker, also able to "roll up the sleeves" on tactics.
- Proven leadership and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrates and fosters a positive team dynamic.
- Gracefully accepts and gives constructive feedback.
