1. Library Management and Organization

• Oversee the acquisition, cataloging, and maintenance of books, digital resources, periodicals, and multimedia materials.
• Ensure a well-organized library with clear systems for borrowing, returning, and tracking inventory.
• Maintain an up-to-date catalog, both physical and digital, for easy access by students and teachers.

2. Digital Resource Integration

• Implement and manage digital library systems, e-books, and online learning resources.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and platforms to provide access to cutting-edge resources for learning and research.
• Promote the use of online databases and digital archives to enhance learning opportunities.

3. Curriculum Support and Collaboration with Teachers

• Collaborate with teachers to ensure library resources are aligned with the schools curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Provide curated resources for different subjects and topics to enhance classroom instruction.
• Support project-based learning by offering research assistance and resource recommendations.

4. Fostering a Reading Culture

• Promote literacy and a love for reading by organizing reading challenges, book clubs, and storytelling sessions.
• Host author visits, book fairs, and reading campaigns to engage students in literary activities.
• Introduce diverse reading materials that cater to various age groups, interests, and reading levels.

5. Research and Information Literacy Training

• Teach students how to locate, evaluate, and use information effectively and ethically.
• Offer workshops on research methodologies, citation, plagiarism, and responsible digital citizenship.
• Guide students in navigating the overwhelming amount of online information.

6. Personalized Reading and Learning Support

• Identify individual student reading levels and interests to recommend tailored reading materials.
• Provide support for students with special needs by sourcing accessible learning materials, such as audiobooks or large-print texts.

7. Library as a Collaborative Learning Space
