Preparation of Daily/ Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports.

Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Collecting and Studying Documents like the Contract Agreement with client and Sub Contractors Work Orders to know the scope and obligations of the Parties.

Design & Drawing Checking with Client.

Preparation of Sub Contractor Bill, Material Reconciliation & Rate Analysis.

Preparation of Client billing, Lender IPC & Certifying by Client.

Preparing monthly Consumption Reports of Materials.

Change of Scope Bill Preparation.

Checking of site inspection reports for various works as per approved construction drawings and site verification of works executed by the contractors.

Preparation of Rate Analysis for various works.

Scrutinizing, Certifying of LOI & Work Orders.

Scrutinizing, Certifying and processing of Contractor Running and Final Account Bills.

Preparation of NHAI & Lender MPR and NHAI Project Management Software data uploading.

Preparing quantity comparison statements between Client and Sub-contractor.

Materials Reconciliation and Technical Audit.

Ability to establish / maintain good working relationships with Vendors, Stakeholders and Clients.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

Site planning for manpower, machinery and materials.
