Roles & Responsibilities :
Your Responsibilities:
As the Signavio Platform Consultant and Operations Expert, you are part of the team who is responsible for delivering the Signavio Platform Services to our internal Bosch users and making a significant contribution to a data-driven enterprise.

You will:
Work with an international team, collaborating on the establishment, maintenance and operation and advancement of our extensive Signavio services. This includes coverage of all Modules (Process manager, Collaboration Hub, Process Governance and Journey Modeler)
Support a huge customer community around the world by solving technical issues and provide expert consulting on their developed solutions.

. Support Consult customers in Process Modeling (Signavio) and Process Mining (Celonis)
Work in an agile working style using Kanban and other methods.
Execute comprehensive strategies to grow and foster the Signavio community, ensuring a robust and vibrant ecosystem.
Ensure IT security and compliance of the platform according to internal regulations.
Evaluate, test, and introduce new Extended services (mainly Inntegration scenarios)
Align with various internal and external stakeholders and adjust / implement the requirements in the platform.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
