SharePoint Developer-Administrator

Model N is seeking a seasoned SharePoint Administrator with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint Online and on-premises solutions, coupled with experience in developing custom applications using Power Apps and SharePoint Lists.

Responsibilities

SharePoint Administration:

• Manage and maintain SharePoint Online and on-premises environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Configure and administer SharePoint sites, permissions, and workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning

Power Apps Development:

• Develop custom business applications using Power Apps to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Design and build user-friendly interfaces and workflows.
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint Lists and other data sources.
• Test and deploy Power Apps applications to end-users.

SharePoint Lists:

• Create and manage SharePoint Lists to store and organize data.
• Configure list settings, views, and permissions.
• Develop custom list forms and workflows.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless integration of SharePoint solutions.
• Provide clear and effective communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator and development.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
• Experience with Power Apps development and integration with SharePoint Lists.
• Knowledge of SharePoint workflows, permissions, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in SharePoint or Microsoft 365
• Experience with SharePoint migration and upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based technologies.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 tools and services.
