Role Overview :

- We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Lead to join our dynamic team.

- As a Blockchain Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing blockchain projects, integrating blockchain solutions with finance systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of decentralized applications.

- This role involves utilizing cryptography, cryptocurrency, and distributed ledger technology (DLT) to drive innovation and deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of blockchain-based solutions across various projects.

- Manage and oversee blockchain integration with finance systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

- Develop, deploy, and maintain smart contracts on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, and Hyperledger Fabric.

- Utilize cryptography and DLT to ensure security and transparency within decentralized applications.

- Oversee blockchain project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

- Guide the team in testing and optimizing blockchain applications for performance and security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI, Low Code, and development teams, to ensure seamless integration of blockchain solutions.

- Stay updated on emerging trends in blockchain, Web3.0, and AI, continuously exploring ways to integrate new technologies into our solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- 4 - 7 years of experience in blockchain technologies.

- Expertise in cryptography, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and blockchain frameworks.

- Proven experience with Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, or Polygon.

- Proficiency in Golang (Go) and Solidity for smart contract development.

- Experience deploying at least 2 blockchain projects in real-world environments.

- Strong understanding of blockchain principles, decentralized systems, and consensus algorithms.

- Ability to lead and manage end-to-end blockchain projects, including technical design and execution.

- Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency systems and decentralized finance (DeFi) applications.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Blockchain Technology or related fields.

- Knowledge of decentralized identity, tokenization, and DeFi protocols.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for blockchain deployment.
