Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough market research to identify technology trends and emerging innovations.
2. Assist in analyzing user needs and behavior to inform software and technology product development.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and requirements for new products.
4. Support competitive analysis to benchmark our technology products against industry standards.
5. Compile and organize data on software performance, user feedback, and market trends.
6. Assist in usability testing and feedback collection to enhance software user experience.
7. Stay updated on technological advancements, industry standards, and competitor technologies.
8. Contribute to the development of technology product strategies based on research findings.
9. Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing research results.
10. Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure research aligns with overall product goals.

Qualifications:

1. MBA in any specialization. (BA and Marketing Preferred ones).
2. Strong analytical and research skills with a focus on technology trends.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in research work.
5. Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
7. Eagerness to learn and stay informed about emerging technologies.
8. Previous experience in software or technology product research is advantageous.
