Job Description
- Technical Account Manager
JD
- Ensure continuous business with existing clients and generate new business through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Manage accounts from a sales relationship perspective and be responsible for end-to-end sales cycle.
- Management of bids through their entire life cycle, starting from requirement gathering, scoping discussions, and developing the technical solutions and commercial constructs.
- End to end ownership of proposal response document that effectively communicates Hexaware value propositions, pricing, and benefits to clients. Ownership of Revenue and GM numbers, Forecasting, Account resource allocation, Account strategy & and planning.
- Coordinate with multiple teams including, but not limited to practice, competency, delivery , Finance and other Cross-functional teams.
- Tracking proposals and pipeline management. Ideal Candidate Technical Account Manager
Individuals worked under the Infrastructure or Application Managed Services division (Presales business unit) in their organization.
Candidate has 3+ years of work experience on RFx across end-user computing, hybrid cloud, cyber security, and networks.
Positive attitude, take end-to-end ownership with passion towards technology.
