Job Description
Drive and Manage end to end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance modules which include but not restricted to, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management, and Tax .) across multiple business units.
Must have strong knowledge and experience in Finance Operate business process.
Oversee cross-functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of D365 solutions aligned with business objectives.
Develop and drive the D365 roadmap in alignment with the companys overall business strategy.
Lead efforts in system implementation, customization, and optimization, configuration, and integrations with other enterprise applications (e.g., Power BI, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure).
Manage and mentor a team of consultants, developers, and analysts to ensure project success and professional growth.
Drive change management activities, including user training and support to maximize system adoption.
Work with external vendors and Microsoft partners to ensure successful project delivery and continuous system support.
Oversee the creation of custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics to drive business decision-making.
Ensure that the D365 environment adheres to industry best practices for data security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Participate in the management of the ERP system life cycle, including performing analysis (where applicable), driving software architecture and design, development, integration and unit testing for major, minor and maintenance releases
Ability to analyse and determine how D365 Finance can best meet client s requirements and objectives
Collaborate with other architects and functional consultants/Technical consultants to form best practices.
Participating in Functional design and translating Business requirement to functional flows within D365 for Finance modules and ensure integration with third party and legacy/back-end systems.
Excellent functional documentation skills, may assist in providing client support and consultation and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions at client sites
Provide post-implementation support to resolve any issues or user queries.
Provide status reports showing progress in clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
Good English skills (written and verbal), other languages welcome depending on location
Very communicative to work with internal and external resources
Hands-on, committed, team player with a clear emphasis being able to work independently, driven and enthusiastic.
Self-motivated to continuously expand personal, professional knowledge. Professional with good organisational skills.
Experience
Minimum 12+ years of experience in D365 Finance.
Must have experience in at least 3-4 years of experience in leadership position acting independently driving implementation and support projects.
Experience with successful implementations (at least 5 to 8 implementation and support experience on large projects)
Full lifecycle implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
