Job Description
- Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate and improve business processes to ensure seamless integration across all channels (online, offline, mobile, etc.).
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to omnichannel initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service to implement omnichannel strategies.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track the performance of omnichannel initiatives.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role with a focus on omnichannel strategies.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and user experience design.
