SAP SFA Administrator

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Core Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of SAP SFA architecture and functionality.
• Should demonstrate experience in supporting SAP Sales Force Automation (SFA) , PRM & Commission applications.
• Diagnose and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 SAP (SFA, PRM & Commissions) Production issues for Mobily Entity.
• Work closely with Mobily Business, Internal IT teams on various issues raised thru Remedy Incidents and emails and ensure timely incident closure as per Mobily SLAs
• Shall open trouble tickets with SAP and follow up until closure and root fixes.
• Work with vendors for 3rd Party Applications interfacing to SAP
• Ensure the integrity of the data and configuration of the SAP system across Client entity.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and middleware (
• Should have strong hands-on experience of Oracle SQL for querying and managing data.

Operational Skills:

• Monitor the performance and availability of the SAP SFA platform using built-in tools or external monitoring systems and meet operational KPIs
• Address alerts and incidents related to SAP SFA platform performance and data errors.
• Optimize system configurations to improve processing times for workflows and tasks.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, processed data, and error trends.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Use monitoring tools to track system health and data integrity.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
• Should be aware of ITSM processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
